Transfer Process:

1. Donation Placement:
   • Donations are initially directed to VinTransfr’s secure platform.
2. Hold in VinTransfr Bank Account:
   • All donated funds are securely held in VinTransfr’s dedicated bank account until the campaign concludes.
3. Disbursement Conditions:
   • Funds will only be distributed when:
     • The campaign duration ends.
     • The campaign reaches its specified fundraising goal.
     • The campaign creator initiates a fund withdrawal and ends the campaign.
4. Donor Refund Policy:
   • Donors may request a refund.
   • Refunds are only applicable if the campaign creator hasn’t withdrawn the funds.
   • Once funds are withdrawn, they are no longer eligible for a refund.
   • Donors must request a refund by email to vintransfr@vintransfr.com.
5. Withdrawal Request Processing:
